Invite editors
Invite collaborators, understand owner and editor permissions, and manage pending invitations.
A site can have one owner and up to 100 editors. There is no per-seat fee.
Roles
Owners can manage all content and site settings, including appearance, domains, billing, collaborators, exports, publication, and deletion.
Editors can:
- Write and publish pages
- Organize the page tree
- Manage files
- Run imports
- Review feedback and conversations
- Connect their own AI agent token
Editors cannot manage billing or owner-only site settings.
Invite an editor
- Open People.
- Select Invite editor.
- Enter the person's email address.
- Select Send invitation.
Invitations expire after seven days. The invited person can accept or decline from Your sites after signing in.
Manage access
Owners can revoke a pending invitation or remove an editor from the site. Removing an editor ends their access and revokes their agent token, but their existing contributions remain.
